Chronos Calendar has long been my calendar of choice for Windows Phone. And it's just got better.
The developer has released a new version of the app - Chronos Calendar +
It's a completely new design, although this new version is just as customisable as its predecessor.
There are loads of live tiles and several calendar views to choose from and there's a really neat "quick entry" feature that streamlines adding new appointments.
Unlike its predecessor, this new version does a straight sync with Microsoft's woeful in-built calendar and there are no facilities of syncing directly with your Microsoft or Google account. Instead, you set your inbuilt calendar so sync with whatever you want and Chronos reflects this.
This new + version has been written as a "universal" app, which means the developer could release versions for Windows tablets and PCs.
There are a few calendar apps for Windows Phone 8.1 and Chronos Calendar + is undoubtedly the best.
