Windows Phone "still failing to make headway in US"

The latest figures from market analyst comScore shows Windows Phone is still failing to make major headway in the US.

They show WP gained just 0.2% to give it a 3.6% share of the smartphone market.

Android and Apple still dominate in the US, although the iPhone share is slightly down. But this was before the launch of the new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.

Windows Phone has steadfastly failed to make a major impact in the US. It gets better results in other parts of the world, including Europe and India.
