Industry First: HTC pledges to replace One M9 flagship no questions asked for 12 months after purchase

HTC is making an amazing offer to buyers of its up-coming new Android flagship, the HTC One M9.

It says it will replace the phone with a new one for any reason within a year of purchase.

The offer is for buyers in the US only, but it shows the lengths manufacturers will go to get noticed in the crowded smartphone marketplace.
