We've long moaned about how bad the Windows Phone in-built calendar is. So it's heartening to be able to report that Microsoft has released an update to the Calendar app bringing a new agenda view.
While this is a welcome move, the Microsoft offering is still well in the shadow of third-party calendar apps, especially the newly-redesigned Chronos Calendar +.
Microsoft's calendar is elegant but still sadly lacking in function and customisation.
The new agenda feature looks like a last-minute bolt-on. It's not part of the selectable list along with day, week and month, but has its own slot in the settings menu.
